Mr Wynne has now completed writing a demonstration curriculum for Texas public schools titled “Sources of Law, Rights, and Moral Authority,” which examines and identifies competing sources of authority, clearly identified. Students learn their historical influences accurately, allowing them to compare consequences—what happens to rights, liberty, and government if we begin from each source of authority. Students are evaluated on their knowledge and reasoned argument rather than compelled belief.
